Who Are We?
Owned and operated by two award winning Chefs; Our goal from the start of it all for MyPies Pizzeria was to serve the best dang pizza we have ever tasted. Through trial and error of different recipes and the fine tinkering of ingredients, we finally crafted a dough to be proud of. We make our dough from scratch everyday to ensure the flavor is consistent and dances on your taste buds with every bite. Hand-tossing the dough, throw in our scratch Pomodoro sauce, fresh Mozzarella, add a flare of basil after the Pizza’s 700 degree journey through our wood fired brick oven… It’s a recipe designed for flavor and you can really taste the difference when two Chefs are doing what they really love.
